BAJA SAEINDIA: THE CONCEPT.
Mahindra & Mahindra Pvt. Ltd. promoted BAJA SAEINDIA, a professional Society of Automotive Engineers. The BAJA SAE Series is an event for the undergraduate engineering students, organized globally by the Society of Automotive Engineers, USA. The objective of the BAJA SAE is to provide its SAE student members with a challenging project that involves design, engineering, planning, manufacturing and marketing the tasks found when introducing a new product to the consumer industrial market. The teams have to design an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and compete against one another to have their design accepted for manufacture by a fictitious firm. www.bajasaeindia.org
